TRU coupon question?

I got a $10 rewards coupon for TRU if I use my TRU credit card. I also have the $10 off $75 that came in one of the ads. Does anyone know if I can use both at the same time?

I think so, but make sure they scan the $10 off $75 one first. If it doesn't work, bring your receipt to customer service and ask if they can adjust it for you.

I was buying a ton of board games for people for the Hasbro sale and needed separate receipts for rebates. I asked at customer service and they combined the totals to allow me to use the $10 off $75 free gift card offer.

They didn't allow me to combine them last week. I had exactly $175 of stuff after all my manufacture's coupons. It wouldn't go through with both and they wouldn't override it, so I made them cancel the order and do it seperately. The manager said TRU changed their policy and it only allows so many overrides per manger.
