Trouble with ShopDisney

I don't often order from ShopDisney.com as I'm a Canadian and the international shipping costs are quite substantial, but I recently decided to go ahead and purchase an item I really wanted. I placed the order on Wednesday the 19th and as of today, its status is still "Processing." I've tried contacting ShopDisney twice now to double check that there's nothing wrong with my purchase, but haven't received any response. I understand that delays are to be expected right now, but I'm a bit concerned that it hasn't shipped yet. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar negative experience recently?

There was a thread here the other day about orders and customer service at ShopDisney. Typically they are very good, I guess they are struggling like everyone else trying to get work done in a difficult time. We made a multiple item order a couple of weeks ago, so far we received one box with one item in it. Haven't tried CS yet, figure the stuff will arrive at some point.
 
I just called ShopDisney this morning concerning an order I placed on August 15. The person I spoke with said that it will be shopping, but as it states on their website, it will take 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping it ships. I've had one order that never shipped and had to call for a refund.

It states on their website that it takes 2-3 weeks for most items to ship. I wouldn't be concerned yet.

Yes, I am probably just being impatient. I didn't realize that the two weeks they predict for shipping would include the processing time as well.
