Trouble Signing into DVC

I don't even try to make a new post, since this is an ongoing issue. Tried to log on this morning and got nowhere. Got a new login screen too. Just another day in DVC IT world.....ugh.

I also had difficulties -- and the new login screen -- but "kept at it" using the username/password stored in my browser. Eventually, I got in ... but it took ~3 login attempts. Indeed, just another day in DVC IT world ... ugh.

Yes, I did also get in. The woody screen kept getting caught in a loop. I even did a restart because I couldn't end the task. And it was still there after the restart (Woody). Finally I got it to work. Still sluggish.

Different problem just now. Sign in screen looks different and when I put info in (which has always been 'saved' in the past, the next page says I must update info. Long list of blanks......some filled in. One of which is my DAUGHTER's address. She is not on the title and is a traveler with us occasionally in another room. This makes no sense whatsoever and I'm on hold (20 minutes) as we speak.

This is getting to be such a fiasco.

NOPE....OF COURSE I CAN'T GET IN. I keep putting in the same update (all the same) info and try to delete daughter and won't let me in. GRRRRRR

UPDATE: Finally got in to MS and they put me on hold while they conferred with IT.
Yep...they made updates and I need to fill out the update info page. She said my daughter's info didn't belong there and I should delete. I hope this works.

I always dread when they update....

He had a bit of a run for me too just a few minutes ago but I did get signed in.

OP here. I was told that they were doing an update to combine duplicate accounts which is what happened to me. My user name then changed back to my first original account and I ended up resetting my password and I'm all set now. I forgot that I even had a duplicate account because I accidentally created it because I was confused so that may be other people's problem too.

When that happened to me (stuck on Woody & Bullseye), I closed out that screen and opened a new one. When I navigated to DVCMember .com, I was signed in and ready to go. Who knew?

I had it going again last night. So I signed into MDE (which went normally - not fast but ok). I closed Wood & Bullseye and pulled up my link which goes to the sign on page. I then clicked out of that (without trying a sign in) and voila....I was signed in. I almost skipped the MDE part and should have just done the second part to see if I was in.

Only Disney's IT group could create something that makes you hate Woody and Bullseye.
