Trouble purchasing Travelex

When eithet my wife or I, on different machines and operating systems, try to purchase Travelex, we get stuck at a point where it requires an Agent Code and Contract Number. We do not know what to put there.

What have any of you done? We had this problem before and don't know how we resolved it.

I suppose all the travel -related companies have the same issue. Hope you get through soon.
 

I am curious (concerned) about their liquidity.

I'm doubt the statistical tables they used to price their insurance offering did not include a scenario where this many cancellations would occur at once.

Most policies don’t have coverage right now. The only people who have coverage are those who upgraded to cancel for any reason and those who have a diagnosis for coronavirus. Even the cancel for any reason policies will only pay for things you aren’t getting refunded for. Most of the travel industry is being quite flexible on cancellations and rescheduling so the money they are paying in claims is not likely as high as one would think.
