Trouble Purchasing Photopass?

Been trying to purchase the Photopass online.. anyone else having trouble?
First it goes to website not responding, then comes back to the page with errors, and then information that been put in, deleted and I need to redo it all again.!
Very frustrating.. I just hope I don't get charged 5 times !!
