Trouble pulling DVC Reservation # for Dining?

Anyone else have trouble retrieving your DVC reservation on the Dining website? I've tried multiple times and haven't been able to get it, but can pull it up on the "My Disney Reservation" DVC area.

You need to type your last name in all caps
