Trouble logging into VMK

Trying to log in for the first time and it keeps saying VMK crash sign in again.... am I doing something wrong?

I'm having the same trouble, but only with one character - I can sign in with another and have no problem - and my daughter is able to get in. Strange. It's been hard to get in all day.

I logged in and played song in the Music game with only two other people in the room and then the game just crashed 0_o
