Trouble getting Yachtsman reservation

We have a party of 11 trying to make a reservation on 9/1. I can't make it online because of the party size and I've called twice now, one time I left a message on voicemail the other I spoke to someone who took information and said they would call back. I haven't heard anything back. Anyone else have trouble with this? This is supposed to be for my birthday dinner

You are still 187 days away from that date. Are you checking in before then? Otherwise, you have to wait another 7 days before you can make reservations for 9/1

I'm staying onsite, so I can book 180+10. I had to call the restaurant directly, you can't book a party that big through Disney reservations.
