Its because people are doing the quest multiple times and not closing their window and opening a new one. All their mules are dancing in New Orleans Square not doing a thing but making sure no one else can get on.

I will say it again:

PLEASE CLOSE YOUR WINDOWS WHEN YOU LOG OFF AND OPEN A NEW ONE!

And this also goes for people using VMK Pal.

I thought I'd kill some time collecting codes at the Dead Man's Chest game... but when I go to collect the code, it's all X's.... then they go away and the window says error. Is it just me? Can someone else try it for me and see?

It let me open the screen and log in finally. Seems to be back up. Maybe enough ppl got off since the quest is over.

Im having the same problem . I don't want to go back to surfing the channels to see whats on TV (which there is nothing btw). I like begged my dad to get on, and now this!
Life just couldn't get any worse.
