Trouble buying tickets online (city/post code)

Hello everyone,
I am trying to buy a 2 day pass to Disney from their official site. I got as far as trying to sign up for an account and entering my address. Every single time it either has an objection to the city name or the postal code. I have tried retyping both in every way imaginable and it still thinks there is an error.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you make sure you selected the correct country first?

Yes, definitely.
It was even telling me to make sure that there was a space in the post code (which there was).

Try Undercover Tourist, they sell discounted tickets and will deliver for free

I had problems with this when I switched from living in the US to Canada on my registration.

You have to call and get it set up (it will still appear incorrectly on line) but it will be right with Disney.

I realize it's the not the same thing, but my ex-boyfriend had wanted to order me a DVC DVD, but they would not ship it to PEI. He put in Charlottetown, ON and my postal code, and I got it. Sometimes they are not set up properly. I don't see why it wouldn't take your correct information though.
