Trouble Booking Online

Whenever I try to finalize booking a room online and I have to choose my guests, I can't finalize and choose my husband's profile. It says I can't book for him and the Guest's profile can't be updated online. Has anyone seen this and what do I do?

my sil can do this w/o problems - that say moved you up for another experts - think it has something to do with adding friends to your profile on my disney experience.

I had this exact same problem when trying to add my son as a guest. I did the online chat with Disney and they told me that sometimes if the person doesn't have a title (like Mr, Mrs etc) in their profile it causes problems. Does your husband have his own MDE account? My son had to go into his account, go to "my profile", then go to "name and birthday" and simply add a "Mr" to his name. After that I was able to add him to the reservation.
