Yesterday I had to add dining on to our Grand Gathering reservations for 16 people ( We were so hoping for Free Dining but it just didn't work out!!) So it takes about 45 min to get everything set up go over all the figures for each room etc. Then at the end of the call the very nice reservation person says" I think I see a problem, we are enhancing our computer and although I think everything is fine... can you call back later tonight to make sure its in the computer" I say fine, so I never realized how busy it would be a 9pm I was on hold for 25 min then on hold for another 10 while being connected to Grand Gatherings and guess what???? It wasn't in the computer!!! I had to do the whole thing again, The cm didn't speak english very well and although he was very nice and polite, I had sooo much trouble understanding him, poor thing had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times!! Well Long story long... 1hr and 25 min later it took, got a email today so I'm sure.

It helps to try to keep a positive attitude, I think it make you live longer!! Now if I could only convince my husband, he's the kind of person who always thinks the glass is half empty!! I guess opposites do attract!
