Trouble adding pin after initial online reservation?

Has anyone ever booked online and then had trouble adding a pin by phone with a Disney Agent?

You mean, you booked online then got a code and called Disney reservations to put the code onto your existing reservation? If so, nope. Never had a problem. I've done it for three different trips thus far.

No, I haven't had it happen. I was just planning to book online for the first time and was wondering if anyone ever had trouble adding a pin if they got one later. Thanks.

No problem subject to availability. You may not be able to apply a PIN to an existing reservation if there aren't any rooms left in your booking category under the discount. Using the PIN may require you to change resorts or room categories to find availability with the discounted rate.
