Trouble adding old tickets to MDE?

Am trying to plan our July trip and want to sign up for FP+ options but cannot seem to get our tickets to be accepted in the app. There is no bar code (they are from 2007, but we've used them in 09, 11, & 13) and there should be 2 days left. Anyone else have experience with this. Funny thing is, it will still let me add expired tickets from 2013 though with no days left

Are you trying the computer? They display all the different tickets and you just look for one like yours.

My app shows all different ticket too and none match mine. They are old KTTW cards with tix and ddp on it at that time. I found our 17 digit # but it says it's not a match?

Figured it out! Thanks. There were more options on the computer, I had to add an "old" ticket
