I'm sure there are some folks out there that are more computer-literate than I, and hope they can help...I can't get to my reservation on-line from my home PC. I know it has something to do with our privacy software, but I can't figure out what to turn off. I called DCL and the CM spent a half hour trying to help to no avail. I know it's not a mismatch with birthdates, etc because we can get to our reservation with my husband's work laptop connected to our home internet connection (Comcast). I had to do that to book our excursion.
