Bottom line: unfortunately, get ready to forget about CC, because in all likelihood given the models and forecast wind speeds it's not happening on you're cruise. No way is the Wonder going to wander into 60+mph winds and 12+ foot swells to try to dock.

I am with you on the 11th cruise, and doing the 15th (B2B) so hopefully I can get one CC day in there. I'm hoping for a switch for CC on Monday as well... sending good vibes to push the storm east so we won't have to worry about it!!
Edit: I just wanted to add... if anyone is susceptible to sea sickness, I really urge you to pick up something for the storm. I get it very bad, and I usually rely on ginger capsules, but for this one I've called my doc for Transderm Scop patches. Seasickness is absolutely horrible, and I hope nobody has to go through it!
FYI, my picture above updates automatically. There's been a slight shift eastward in the projection, but it doesn't mean much this early. I hope that trend continues, though.

Don't worry, we cruise on DCL Sept-Nov every year, only ONCE of our over 15 cruises have we missed CC due to weather and it wasn't a hurricane or storm, just very windy conditions and Wonder had a hard time the day before getting out of CC. I have also been on DCL during a hurricane, we were finishing the first cruise to Antigua for Disney an just had a bumpy day back to FL and ended up with a free cruise! They are very good at rescheduling and post the weather down by the customer relations desk every day, you can always ask at the desk. Have fun... we are leaving on Oasis Sat, Dream in November!
