One yrear we were there, I picked up a WESH 2 tv station hurricane tracking chart, which is pinned top my office wall. Its interesting to plot the tracks on it

Mentioning now on Monsters radio, that Dennis will become a CAT 1 hurricane by the weekend and effect Central FLa with 70mph winds and rains

that is completely unbelievable that there have been so many already this year...
we go at this time every year, and have only encountered one storm in all those years....crazy...

well i guess our stay is going to be eventful this year....still better than a tornado.....i grew up with those....

hmm....we're scheduled to arrive in orlando midday sunday..
i hope MCO isn't affected....we'll be on the last leg of our flights and after traveling for over 20 hours and being awake about 36 hours.... i really hope we're not diverted to another airport....i won't be able to drive after that many hours awake...

we were diverted to miami because of the huracanes last year

I heard that it's tracking for Louisiana. Not that I dislike Louisianans, but I'll be happy if it keeps moving that way. As long as we're able to get into Orlando on Sunday, i'll be a happy camper. After that, let the rains begin.

cute.....it's currently forecast to be exactly on line with tampa when we're landing in orlando....hmmm.....but hopefully it won't affect orlando too much since it will be out in the gulf....

but it is directly on line just when we get there....nice timing....

i guess i should hope for it to speed up.....
so i'll do that...

its seems as if this is going to be a repeat of 2004...

i wonder if there are theories as to why the weather has changed so much...

it really is very very weird....

it's been scorching hot on the east coast of the US this year..

and where I live, where it's supposed to be as hot and humid as orlando in july, it hasn't really been bad at all....
and it rained yesterday...it NEVER EVER EVER rains after April....EVER....
and it rained yesterday....in July.....very very very very very very very weird.....that is messed up weather but good....
and hurricanes in july....also unusual....
