Tropical Palms...

I've read a lot of the older posts about it and it sounds great. Fits our budget and seems much nicer than a hotel. We are not used to luxury - Holiday Inn is as good as we get - so we aren't worried about it not being up to our standards.

My only question is the price. I've seen people say they got the two bedroom for $79, but I checked for Jan. 2003 and it was $89. This doesn't bother me much, as $89 is still a good deal, but if there is any way to get $79 it would be nice too!

Also any comments about this plare are greatly appreciated!

You'll love Tropical Palms! We went two years ago in December, and got a $49 rate, plus we were upgraded to a larger cabin when we checked in! Very nice resort, and, very friendly helpful staff. Took us less than 10 minutes to get to the parks in the mornings.

We stayed there last September and absolutely LOVED it!! So nice to have a "home" to come back to after a long day at the parks - relax on your deck, take a dip in the 24-hour pool, etc.

As for the price, if you go to their web site and type in all different dates you'll see the prices change according to the time of year. We paid $79 for the 2 BR but even at $89 it would have been well worth it as far as we were concerned..

GREAT place - you'll have a really nice stay there..

This may sound stupid but does the cabins come fully equipped with towels, bedding, pots and pans, etc.? How about tv and phone?

TP has everything you mentioned, except a phone. We just plugged in our cellular and used it so it wasn't a problem. The kitchen has a microwave, mini fridge, and a dishwasher!
