tropical night on 3-day?

I'm getting myself all confused... is there a tropical party on the 3-night or is that just on the 7-night? Do people go all out in the tropical attire? What is there to do at these parties? Dancing? Anything else? And is it really right on top of the Goofy pool?

On Nassau Night, there is a deck party (and yes, you do dance right on the Goofy pool, which is covered over with a dance floor). In addition, you might want to get decked in tropical wear on the night you eat in Parrot Cay. There is dancing, limbo-ing, and whatnot during the dinner in there.
