Hey Guys,
Planning on buying the LL for Tron to avoid waiting in line but worried about fit as I am a bigger guy with big calves. I know that the calve restraints are the issue with this ride. If I guy the LL and can't fit, would they be able to refund me? Also, is the LL availability within 3 days still available or is it basically gone. We are going to park hop to MK on our first day and then have a full day on our last day which is 4 days later. If I try the test seat on the first day, would there be LL availability 4 days later? Thanks in advance.

While it may vary based on the CM, I think they will make it right somehow. It may not be a refund, but they might let you switch it to something else. The Guest Services CMs tend to be helpful like that. Do keep in mind that the rear seat on TRON has traditional seating that may be able to accommodate you if the cycle-type seating will not, so you could try that too.

I would think that guest Services could refund you. My DH is a pretty big guy and he fits, but as others have said you can always sit in the traditional seat. I’ve sat in the bench seating before and it’s still a great ride. Pics of my DH on Tron for size comparison. He doesn’t look that big in the pics but he’s a pretty big guy

Thanks Guys. Honestly, I would only want to ride if it was on the bike. Not interested in the bench seating. The reason I want to ride is to be on the bike and to get the photo like you husband has. Its not about the ride of me, its the nostalgia of tron.

I've gotten LL refunds for kids who have chickened out or when we had to leave a park for a dinner reservation and a ride was down, so even though it's a YMMV situation, I'd be shocked if they didn't refund it for you.

I agree. I think it is highly likely that they will, but I do think technically LL purchases are "non-refundable." Just be polite with the CMs, and they will do anything they can to help you. I got a refund for my parents' second ride on Flight of Passage because the first time made my mom kind of sick. They took care of it, no problem.

There's a bench seat in the back, worst case scenario.
Although I don’t have oversized calves I do have a “gimpy” leg that prevented me from sitting in the bike seats (although I tried which was hysterically funny).
Glad I sat in a bench seat! This is not a ride to miss and it ended my longing for RnR coaster.

I think they should give you the refund as well. I had a LL for Guardians in March. The ride was down almost the whole morning and into the PM. I had a plane to catch so I stopped by the blue umbrella and they were able to process a refund for me as I could not wait to see if the ride would be coming back up.

Can’t guarantee obviously but you have a good shot at a refund. Talk to the CMs at the first blue umbrella you come across. I have received a refund for a member of my party who was sick day of this way.
