Tripods and little feet

I think I may have come up with a way to reduce the number of little feet that kick your tripod while taking photos. Before we left for our recent trip to Florida I purchased two sets of battery operated fairly lights from Bed Bath & Beyond. Each set has 18 amber led lights on a 36inch string. The string is made of metal and you can wrap the lights around the legs of your tripod. I wrapped 2 of the legs and stood behind the third. If a child came near I flipped the switch and they avoided the legs. I can email a photo if anyone wants to see the setup. Plus when you get home you can stick the lights in a Mason Jar for some cheap outside lighting.
