We are buying some stroller for our Disnry trip in Oct/Nov. We own a Runabout but they so not fold down so we are investing either a triplet jogging stroller or single and a double. Any advice????

We used single and double umbrella stollers. They were lightweight, easy to fold and didn't take up too much room. It worked well. They were made by Kolcraft and had a canopy, mesh basket on back and reclined.

we took our runabout in may and loved having it there, but we stayed at a monorail resort, so we just pushed it onto the monorail to get to MK and epcot. we drove to AK and MGM (drove down in the minivan with the hitch for the RA). we also had our 3 single umbrella strollers (with the connectors so dh and i could push a single and double) just in case using the RA was a huge hassle, but we only used those once, and found it much easier to use the RA.

on our first trip (when the kids had just turned 2), we took 3 single umbrella strollers with connectors so we could make a double and a single. worked out well enough, but we had both set of our parents with us, so plenty of adults to help out!

a word of advice: we bought the umbrella strollers specifically for that first trip, so the kids weren't very used to them....i think it made everything a bit tougher on all of us to not have "the" stroller that they were used to (we had a peg at the time). i also think the novelty of being in and out of these new strollers (as opposed to being strapped in to the one stroller) was also too much...too much freedom, too many options. if you're going to buy new strollers, make sure the kids have a chance to get used to them---it might help!

any other questions? i'd love to help if i can!

We're taking our double and single umbrella for this trip. May rent a double in the parks some (all 3 will fit). my trio are 5 now, but that is still way too much walking with no strollers!

Our twins actually take their naps right in the stroller, so it's important for us to have a comfortable, cushioned stroller that they are familiar with. We have always taken our Graco duo glider (4 trips), but this next trip we are taking our dreamer jogger. However, it has only worked taking these large strollers by staying at monorail resorts (to push stroller right on monorail) or else in the Epcot resorts (to walk to Epcot and MGM). If we were staying at bus-only resorts, we would then consider more lightweight strollers.

Have fun!

use to take naps in their strollers also. But more importantly, it was nice having two strollers so we could split up from each other if one of the twins was cranky or we all did not want to do the same things at the same time.

Have a great day.

Hello, We went when the trips were 10 months olds. We own a Peg Triplette, a Triple Baby Jogger, a Maclaren Twin Traveller, and a MAclaren Techno XT (single.) We weighed our options and ended up taking the Maclaren's. They recline and the boys all slept great and were very comfortable. In my opinion, the Peg is too heavy and the Jogger is too wide. While we were there, we saw a RA stroller. So honestly take whatever your kids are most comfortable in. The Parking Attendants would let us pull forward and unload so that we did not have to use the trams. I think if you have AAA you can get some type of parking pass that allows you to park closer. You might want to check into that though:)
