denecarter- I'm in the triple figures with you! I know I can do it, I have set myself on this path. I've started with a small goal 60lbs and I'm working with lawl. Just started but with this attitude I have to lose.
I am back up to having to lose 115. I was down this time last year by 30 pounds and gained that back (I had lost 55 at that point). So it's time to start again and really hit this running. Good luck and hang in there, it's hard but I KNOW it's so worth it!
I started out last February needing to lose more than 100 pounds. I've worked at it ever since and still have 25 or so to lose to get to 100 and even more than that to get to my healthy weight range. Hang in there. It's not easy, but if it's something you want you can do it!
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all of the encouragement! I'm off to a positive start and my DD19 is my workout and diet buddy.
For each 10 lbs we lose, we're giving ourselves $$$ to buy fun clothes at WDW. Since we won't be back to WDW until December 22nd, we're hoping to have a lot of fun clothes to buy.
By the time I'm done I will have lost 102-107 lbs, maybe 112, depending on how I feel towards the end.
I love the idea of giving yourself a reward of money for your trip! I think I am going to try to come up with something similar for myself! It is always hard to come up with mini-goal rewards, since for sooooo long any reward I gave myself was food based, which definitely doesn't work now! Who wants extra cauliflower for every 10 lbs!
Hang in there and keep up the good work! You can do it!
