Tripinsurancestore. Anyone used them?

I got this website from the disboards some time ago and am just about to book my insurance with them.

Wanting some reviews from folks who have used them before I commit.

I've used them for all 3 of my cruises-- I found them very helpful in picking just the right insurance for my needs. You can do it all online, but they are really helpful over the phone-- knowledgeable and not pushy. The owner Steve is very sincere and has pre-selected his offerings down to companies who he feels have done well by his clients.

I used to get my insurance from InsureMyTrip.com. However, the handful of companies I chose over and over were the same few offered by Trip Insurance Store. A few years ago I had a question about one of the CSA policies that was offered by Trip Insurance Store but not by Insure My Trip. Not only did Steve Dasseos (the owner) answer my questions, but he directed me to a less expensive policy with Travel Safe! I have been getting my insurance from Trip Insurance Store ever since.

I tried out TripInsureanceStore for the first time when booking my 2013 Fantasy cruise and I have been really pleased with the service. As others have said, Steve was awesome. He talked me through the options and explained the best way to book our insurance. I will be using them again in the future, for sure.
