Trip with no theme parks--what to do?!

We always say that we'll vacation for a week at a disney hotel and NOT do the parks. But we tend to cave and go in for a few days. I love having days to just relax around the world. So much to do and see!

We did this last year 2x and we will again in May. I love the resorts and with the ME, we do not have to rent a car, so we end up saving $$. We did the campfire at FT W last year, if you can pack your own smore kit, they are pretty expensive, if you ask me. We love walking around the Poly at night and then settle in for fireworks. The pizza place at the Boardwalk is great and you can get ice cream at Beaches and Cream.

Enjoy your trip- I think it sounds like you will still enjoy some Disney magic, have some family time and come back relaxed instead of feeling like you need a vacation from your vacation.
