Hi all,
We're having to make a relatively last minute trip to London on May 11th as we've managed to get tickets for the filming of QI!! We don't want to stay overnight as we have friends coming over the next day and the train times back to Leeds mean it would be gone 3am before we got home so we have decided it's best to drive, park up outside London and get a local train in and out of the city. I used to live in Luton so I know the Thameslink route very well, my problem is parking. I can't find a huge amount of info on station car parks, specifically how long we can use them for.
The best I have spotted so far is a multistory at St Albans station which is supposedly open 24 hours and will cost us around £5 to park there for a day. Has anyone used this carpark or know of a better one? Right now it seems to good to be true as we're coming down the M1 anyway.
Thanks guys!
