Trip that Spans from 07-08

Okay, I have a question about the changes to the dining plan. We have paid for the 2007 plan, that includes appetizer and tips. Our trip, however, is from Dec 29 to January 6. Does our plan change on January 1st, even though we have paid for the 2007 package? I mean, if it changes, that is okay, but I at least want my package price adjusted, even if it is just a few dollars.
