went to WDW 10/2-10/6. right as Hurricane Matthew was rolling through. here is my review of the parks we did. we also stayed at POFQ and ate at Chef Mickey's I will review those in the other boards.
EPCOT- we went three times during the trip as we are now AP holders so we could get the AP tumbler. for the most part EP wasnt bad. F&W was great. Joy and Sadness line looked like it never changed all the times we checked (long). my biggest gripe with EP was the security, twice there were snarky comments and the other the guy was very slow checking the bag. we went Mon, Tues and Wed night. yes we had a diaper bag and they have alot of zippers but this is a family park and you should be used to it.
Animal Kingdom- spent half the day here. did the Festival of Lion King, Kilimanjaro Safari, and Mickey Minnie character greeting. even with a FP for Character greeting it took forever to see them.
Magic Kingdom- we were able to ride a rides and all FP were early enough that i was able to grab more throughout the day. we wish there was an Elena M&G but my DD was able to see her pass through Fantasy land on a random little parade they did.
HS- we had Thursday set for this day but Hurricane Matthew had other plans. once we got ready it was already starting to rain. we decided to drive home instead of fighting the rain with the kids.
all in all this was a pretty good trip.
