This is my childrens dd5, ds3, dd almost 2 and dh first trip to WDW. I went once in my early twenties with friends and stayed outside Disney. We got the truck and kids ready and left around 7:00 p.m. on 8/10. We drove straight through ..a couple pit stops here and there. My kids were great..give them snacks, game and drinks. We had a couple of tandrums but, nothing that bad. My dh drove most of the way..I did a little bit of driving..until I got pulled over somewhere on the interstate in FLA. Luckly, the very niece officer let us go on are way (thank you again).
We arrived at WDL around 1:35 check in I believe is around 4:00. I said to my dh please just go in and see if the room is available. He goes in when my dd5 and comes out with this big smile on his face. He says "They upgraded us to a 2br Villa" we had ressie for a 1BR.

We walked into our room ..it was just beautiful. My kids were running and laughing around the room. We were a little tired from the ride we sat and relaxed for a while a decided to go the Epcot.
We decided to drive there and arrived by 6:00. We rented a stroller because I left the one in the room. We walked around the countries. We decided to see Honey I shrunk the Kids. We sat down and put our glasses on. My dd almost 2 in my lap ......flips out. Starts screaming on the top of her lungs. I got up and walked out with her. I go back to get the stroller and there's dh and dd and ds. My dh says DD seens the tiger and yells Exit Daddy, Exit!
We walked a little bit more got something to eat. I cannot remember the resturants name. I had the chicken ceasar salad it was very good, the kids had hot dogs and french fries, dh had hamburger and fries.
We came back to the resort and got ready for bed.
Tuesday, August 12th we decided to go to Magic Kingdom. Dh says lets take the bus ..did not realize that they have a boat that goes directly to the MK. We take the bus..then the ferry boat. It was hot and the humidity. I ened up buying a spray fan for my dd, autograph book and pen. We had to rent a stroller (yes, left it in the room).
We headed out for some rides, dumbo, winnie the pooh, buzz lightyear, aladin. My dd almost 2 decides she wants to walk. She does not want to hold my hand. She wants to be independent. I walked slowly behind her pushing my son in the stroller.
We got something to eat for lunch and started walking around somemore. We ended up at Splash Mountain. As I got older, I cannot take rides that go straight down. I can handle spinning and little drops. I said to dh to take ds. He does..I forgot to mention we had a GVAC my son is PDD/Autistic. I have to thank the person in the forum who mention about getting one. It was wonderful. He can wait a few minutes on line without having a meltdown. I cannot see him waiting over fifteen minutes without losing it.
It was getting later and we walked and did so sight seeing in the park. The parade we missed and caught the ending. We left the park and got back to the resort.
I made food for the kids and DH and I got room service for dinner.
After dinner, we went to the pool the kids loved it. Got back to our room around 9:45 showered and got ready for bed.
Wednesday, August 13th: We started out fairly late in the morning. We stopped at Walmart and pick up groceries the night before. I made breakfast in the morning..got the kids ready.
We decided to go to Animal Kingdom. We took the bus and off we went. The weather again somewhere in the 90's and humid. We brought are spray bottle and again forgot the stroller
we ened up renting the stroller. You would think they give you a good deal on the rentals. But, they don't.
Anyway, we went to dino playground around. We got some lunch at the hut with Mickey D's french fries
Not knowing they do not give lids and straws with there cups. We had to gulp half way down three sodas so, it would not spill. Plus my ds and dd need lids and straws or they spill it. We went to the rapid ride. Sorry, not sure of all the rides names. Bear with me.
My ds, dd and I went..my dh and dd stayed for baby swap. My ds loves the water and I get such a joy to see him have a smile on his face. He is non-verbal ..except every now and then he say a word or two. We switch and dh went with the other two as me and dd walked around.
We decided to go to the Rifki's train ride..to the petting zoo. The kids liked it. Then we walked around so more.
Then we did the safari ..I was a little disappointed not alot of animals out. Just thought it would be a little more too it.
We never went to the shows..ds has a hard time sitting for a long period and we were tired and hot. We got something to eat did a little more walking around then before we knew it it was 6:00 park closing. We got the bus and headed back to the resort.
We ate breakfast and dinner alot in our villa. It was easier than taking the kids out. My children are pretty well behaved..I just don't know how my ds well be. Somedays are good and somedays he just had bad meltdowns.
We ened up going to the pool again and got back to the villa to get ready for our next day.
