Trip Report question

I don't see a spot in Trip Reports to really ask this.

Is there a certain format that we are supposed to follow? I know they should be as detailed as possible. But are there certain things we are supposed to include? When my time comes to do one, I don't want to do it wrong and disappoint.

Love trip reports! Most of the ones I read start with a Cast of Characters, sample plans, where you're staying, how you're getting there, and then the days are broken into chapters.

I don't think there is a right or wrong way - just have fun!
