We're a family of five with three boys (ages pre-school to pre-teen) and we all have very different eating styles and tastes. Of all the restaurants on OP's list, the only one we like is Kona for lunch.
I've done trips with nearly all CS when first paying my own way in college, and trips with lots of signatures. I loved every trip, but my opinion of Disney dining has changed quite a bit as we've transitioned back to mostly TS meals and started adding in signatures. We usually make two ADRs per day, so not a lot of CS. And we use TIW or nothing - but not the dining plan - too restrictive for our family.
Please try some of the restaurants other posters have suggested!!! Dining is a huge part of our Disney trips because we can eat things we enjoy AND spend time with our kids all at the same time. Some of our favorites include Jiko, Bluezoo, La Hacienda, Le Cellier, Via Napoli, Brown Derby, Sanaa and California Grill. We're looking forward to trying Flying Fish in August! I'm not saying these locations are the same as my favorite restaurant in Napa, but they are really great for a family vacation with three kids!!
