Just some random thoughts.
We went 9/7-9/15 and stayed at POP. When we checked into the hotel my Aunt taps me on the shoulder which was very funny because I didn't know she was going to be there! We were even on the same flight and bus but never saw each other.
The weather was great and there were no love bugs.
It only started to get too hot towards the end of the trip.
Don't try to eat around the World Showcase.
EMH + first day of HM reopening + spectro (when the first show of the week got rained out) = a VERY busy MK day.
It was the most crowded I have ever seen!
Our MNSSHP got totally destroyed by rain so that was a bummer!
Magical Express TOTALLY ROCKS we left a bag on the bus and didn't realize until we checked our bags. Dh ran over to the other side of the airport (with me crying on the other side that we were going to miss our flight) and they got him the bag within 20 min of us being dropped off at the airport! Amazing!!! (We DID make our flight)
I don't think I want to do the DDP anymore. I was never hungry the entire time lol I am scared to weigh myself.
Just because your 11 month old loved the characters last year does not mean the same child at 24 months will even look at them.
People can be really rude, especially to the CMs.
People can be really nice, especially to people with a small child, packages and a stroller on the bus.
I was constantly amazed at the CMs and how they would go out of their way to make every person feel special! I know what it is like to be super busy at work and to take an extra minute to make a child's day is really something.
We had really nice bus drivers, one grumpy bus driver, one overly excited bus driver and one of the great ones that does trivia and such. His name was Lee and he was a hoot!
We went swimming once and I did not come back with a tan. This is why we are WDW people and not beach people.
LeCellier and Raglan Road really are that yummy!
When you let your 2 yo pick out their birthday present at DTD they will pick out the most expensive toy in the store, the big train set. Can you guess what is going to be delivered to our house this week?
We had such a good time and are already trying to plan our next trip.
We got the bounceback offer but passed. I am thinking 2 Sept. trips in a row is enough.
