Wonderful time, can't wait to go back
Sun-arrived, checked in, went to DTD. Earl of sandwich-Yum!! highly recommend the Club sandwich; shopping Basin-got bath salts; Arribas Bros-got personalized wine glasses and shipped them home (they arrived 2/14) back to ASmo for the night
Mon- breakfast in room, brought back from food court, cought bus around 8:20 to MGM, did Star tours twice in 20 min!!!!! got FAst Pass for RNR, did other things, PS @ Sci-Fi great atmosphere- I couldn't get over how quiet it was; had the turkey sandwich great; later in afternoon did RNR and ToT
off to MK to get a few attractions out of the way, Haunted Mansion, Peter Pan, BTMR stopped so we were given a return pass, did Splash then back to ASMo
Tues- Good Morning Gathering @ Tony's Fantastic!!! spent lots of time with Chip and Dale (DD danced with Chip), Goofy, Pluto, Tony and had private photo session with Mickey food was excellent- eggs with cheese, potato casserole, sausage, bacon, Italian toast with fruit OMG believe it or not, went straight to Space mountain got Fast Pass, did Stitch (will never do again), Buzz, TTA, worked around the park, took the boat to Fort Wilderness for HoopDe Doo. Great show-corny jokes had nephews 7 & 5 in stitches food was great, sangria was tasty
Wed- AK in my opinion, can skip the park except for Kali, the Dino ride, and Everest when it is finished. Our zoo here is just as good as the wildlife at the AK; lunch @ Rainforest great service; great shop. on to EPCOT- did Test Track then went back for Fast Pass. walked right on Mission Space glad I did it, but never have to do it again prone to Migraines and this gave me a whopper!! Walked to GB in WS had fish and chips-liked the flavor, walked to Japan-bought pearls for me and DD
Thu- back to EPCOT- rained this morning, grabbed the ponchos and headed out, got fast pass for TT as weather had it closed, DD loved Ice station cool, I think she drank her weight in beverages, did WS when opened, Aurelein in France- very sweet young man,spoke with him for a long time, American Adventure-could do every visit; bought Alabaster wine stoppers in Italy, had a beer in Germany, had a Margerita in Mexico-pretty good but have had much better, off to MGM for EMH did ToT, RNR, Star Tours- left the park around 9:15
Fri-PSB @ Norway- to see my DD and niece's faces again when Mary Poppins, Jasmine, Belle, Princess Aurora and Mulan entered the room, I would pay all over again; we were seated right by the door where they entered and the look on thier faces was priceless-food was excellent Bjorn was our server, funny guy; back to MK for the day, lunch @ Harbour House (?) in Liberty Square, then to the rest of the park
General- sister and BIL used child swap; worked very well
Transportation- something has to be done about the AllStar frequency of buses, sometimes as many as 5 buses for other resorts would go by and there would be none for us, ASMo did have own bus except from HDD and EPCOT one night
CMs- with the exception of the guy in front of Mickey's Philharmagic, all were very nice (I know they should be) some went out of there way to accommodate a group of 11
