Five Adults at SSR. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER!!! 
While it looked crowded all the time (with the exception of MVMCP), the lines were VERY short 
and Fast Passes usually not necessary except for the NEW HEADLINERS like Expedition Everest.
Saturday 12/9...Flying Fish for dinner. Between the 5 of us, we had the steak, the pork chop, the bass, the snapper and the scallops. ALL WERE AWESOME. Service was slow. We also ordered the ravioli cuz we all wanted to try it. It was good but the portion was VERY small and all were glad we didn't order it for an entree alone. Desserts were just okay and the wine list was great too. On to the Illuminations Cruise!!
Beautiful of course with an excellent boat driver, Ron. Also got to see space shuttle launch. A highlight!!
Sunday 12/10...Animal Kingdom. Donald's Breakfastosaurus nothing special about the food although we got to see all the characters more than once. Rode Exp. Ev. Three times...of course we loved it!!
New Nemo show was disappointing. None of us really liked it. Also, they crammed way too many people in that theatre. Good thing we were all adults cuz we had to sit separately. If I had kids with me we would have stood in line for nothing as there is no way I would have let my kids sit alone. Dinner at Boma was awesome as usual. Especially loved the soups. 
Monday 12/11...Epcot. Around the world on a Segway tour. WOW.
What an experience. Recommend this to all!! THE highlight of all of our trips. Lunch at Le Cellier, hands down the worst service. It took 25 minutes for the drinks and bread to arrive. Food was good but nothing amazing. ALL RIDES were walk on this day except for Soarin which we got a Fast Pass for. I was surprised that Mission Space and Test Track were walk on mid day. Dinner at Teppanyaki. Although we couldn't understand a WORD that our server said, the grill chef was funny and entertaining!! Food was great...we all enjoyed this, even the one picky eater we had with us!! 
Tuesday 12/12...Morning at Spa!! AH!!
All had massages and enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, sauna, etc. It is a lovely spa. Rested the rest of the day! On to MVMCP!! Arrived at 4pm and the park was DEAD!!! Rode Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Tea Cups and Stitch's Great Escape (easily Disney's WORST attraction!!! Bring Back Alien Encounter!!!) all before dinner at Liberty Tree at 5:40pm!! We love Liberty Tree. Simple good food. Decent service and VERY interactive characters. They spent a lot of time at our table even though we were 5 adults. We had a GREAT time at the party. We rode EVERYTHING twice or more and NEVER waited in a single line!! We even did Fantasyland during peak hours of the party!! And the parade is my favorite. The funniest was the poop can carrier at the end of Cinderella's carriage. 
He posed for us to take pics and laughed at his own unfortunate job. We clapped for him!!
Wednesday 12/13...MGM. I am finding this park kind of lame.
With the exception of RNRC and Tower of Terror, the rest of the park leaves me a little cold. Don't get me wrong, the animation exhibit, Little Mermaid, and Muppets are great attractions. But the great movie ride is in need of MAJOR updating. And PLEASE do not waste your time on the Narnia thing if you have seen the movie. It is just clips of the movie!!! 
We did the entire park between 10:30am and 4pm and left for the airport.
All in all a great trip!!! Animal Kingdom moved up on my list....my fave parks in order are now...
