Up at 4:30am to catch our Southwest flight from Philly...very early but easy flight.
Checked into RPR around 10am and went up to the club lounge for a snack since our room wasn't ready.
We hopped on a boat and headed over to IOA. The park was not very crowded. First stop was Suess Landing since DD loved it in May. We rode all the rides. One fish Two fish was not a big hit with DD. I followed the directions and still got soaked. She did not like it not one little bit. GM was probably the most soaked and she went to the gift shop to buy a new shirt to wear to lunch at Mythos.
Lunch at Mythos was awesome as usual. I love the Cowboy steak sandwich. DH had the wrap, GM a salad and DD ravioli. They no longer have the same dessert menu. They come around with shot glasses with desserts in them for $1.50 each. The choices were carrot cake, tiramisu, creme brulee, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and key lime pie. The only other dessert is the Gooey cake. The shot desserts were good but I missed not ordering the gooey cake. Everyone else wanted these and DD was getting tired.
DD passed out in the stroller so we parked her with GM. Dh and I hit Dudley, Hulk, Dr Doom and Spidey. When DD awoke, we took her on the "teacups" or Storm Force. Then, it was off to find characters for DD. She adores them.
Dinner was back at the hotel in the Islands Dining Room. It was tasty food but I think it is a bit overpriced. The kid's buffet is a great idea and DD loved that as well as Dr. Cardoo's antics at the table.

We had breakfast scheduled at IOA for Confisco's since it was a character meal. DD was very happy. The food was good but you are paying for the experience. The boys seemed to really enjoy talking with Spiderman. Afterwards, we went to Studios.
I forced GM to ride the Mummy. She LOVED the beginning but didn't like the end. DD met more characters and then it was off to Barney's Backyard. She is obsessed with this play area. We did go see the show and she enjoyed that as well.
We hit Hard Rock Cafe for lunch. Dh and I really like their pulled pork sandwich. GM had a burger and DD grilled cheese. The service was great.
It was very hot so we decided to hit the pool and relax before HHN.
We had a snack in the lounge before HHN and GM and DD were planning on a room service pizza party that night.
We were very excited for our VIP tour at HHN. This was our 3rd VIP tour and our 4th HHN and it was our favorite. Our tour guide, Mark is awesome. We have requested him everytime. The houses were great this year. The tour keeps you moving! You get to see all the houses and major rides plus reserved seats at Bill and Ted.
Here's how I ranked the houses:
1. Where Evil Hides
2. Demon Cantina
3. Cold Black Terror
4. Body Collectors
5. Blood Ruins
6. The Skool
7. Terror Mines

Bill and Ted was great this year. Afterwards, we had a little time left so we wanted to ride JP in the dark. We were very tired but it was so much fun.

We had breakfast in the lounge and then went to Studios. DD wanted to go back to Barney land. We did all go on ET which DD enjoyed. She had to buy and ET doll afterwards. We had a nice lunch at Lombard's Landing. I love their fried clams. Dh had a seafood cobb salad which he thought was very good. We've never had dessert there as we are stuffed. DD had the fish and a fruit cup. After lunch, Dh took GM on Earthquake which she enjoyed. I was back at Barney land with DD. It was really hot so we decided to relax back at the pool before dinner at T'choup choup.
T'choup choup was fabulous as always. The food and service is wonderful. GM wasn't feeling up to dinner so it was just the three of us. I had the pork eggrolls for an appetizer. They are awesome! My entree was the NY strip and for dessert I had the special. It was a lemon pound cake with vanilla ice cream. Everything was great. Dh had the tomato salad which dd poached. She loved it! For an entree, he had the Hawaiian Dinner Plate which he enjoyed. DD had the nuggets. For dessert, dh had the special banana spring rolls with chocolate cookies and cream ice cream and dd had the banana pudding with homemade vanilla wafers. She really liked dessert. Great dinner with amazing service.

We had breakfast in the lounge before heading to Studios. DD was in heaven because Dora was at the gates. Dora is her favorite show. She was in awe. Jimmy Neutron was there but nothing compares with Dora. After meeting her hero it was off to...you guessed it..Barney land. Dh and GM did Twister while dd and I walked around Fievel's area and then to Barney's. GM hung out there while Dh and I rode MIB three times. The park was really dead...and front of the line helps as well.
We headed back to the hotel. GM wanted to try T'choup choup for lunch since she missed dinner. Lunch did not disappoint. Dh had the tomato salad and the kobe burger. He loved both. GM ordered the beef stir fry and loved it. She split the egg roll appetizer with me. I had the Hawaiian Lunch Plate. I liked it all except for the ribs but I'm not a huge fan of any ribs. DD had a tomato salad for lunch and banana pudding for dessert. Dh skipped dessert but GM had the coconut cream brulee which she loved and I had the frozen coconut souffle with white chocolate fudge. It wasn't spectacular. I found it rather bland. Definately would try another dessert next time.

It was a really fun and enjoyable trip. We love the RPR especially the club level.

Thanks for the great report! I especially liked the food reviews as I haven't eaten at any of the places except for Hard Rock and Confiscos.

Thanks for the report. I must agree the Pulled Pork is great at the Hard Rock. Thanx for sharing your time with us.

We just returned from a trip to RPR and HRH. We ate lunch and dinner at TC and did the RIP Tour. We missed Mythos but ate breakfast at Islands and it was good but it was a little high $. Breakfast at the Kitchen was better. We ate at Jakes and everyone loved their cheeseburgers.
Thanks for the report. I have something to copy for mine! :teeth:

Enjoyed reading your report ~ Thanx for posting.
