Help - we leave on Thursday for a very quick visit and have been so busy occupying the kids on our 'staycation' that I have forgotten to do any planning.

We will be arriving in the park mid afternoon on Thursday, will have all day friday and will be leaving Saturday morning. The must do's are fantilusion and the fireworks for me, RRC for oldest daughter, meeting Rapunzel for middle daughter and snow white for youngest daughter. Will also need dinner on Thursday and two meals on Friday - I don't think we will do any character meals this time. We will also need to swap our vouchers into proper annual passes. How would you organize this is 1.5 days??

Your vouchers into AP's will have to be done at some point on Thursday so don't leave it too late. You will go through a special queue as you have the vouchers so it will be a lot faster than it might seem before going into the AP office

Try the AP office in the Studios( it's right at the back next to Blockbuster café/opposite the exit of RNRC) as it's normally quieter than the one in the main park. You could also check and see if Donald's desk is open round the right hand side of the main entrance before you go in :)

For the meals I think all are open or nearly all open till late but if you are going to one (t/s) after the OUAD around 8.00 you might find it a bit tricky - A week ago coming out of Walt's at 8.15 it was jammed with people queuing (the majorité with reservations)

You could maybe try phoning tomorrow to see what's available :goodvibes

Only 3 more sleeps then?!!!

The must do's are fantilusion and the fireworks for me If you have the energy, try for the first evening, then it's done! Could impact on energy levels the next day but you will have Disney adrenalin to keep you going!

RRC for oldest daughter Head to studios in the afternoon/early evening on Friday

meeting Rapunzel for middle daughter Get in the queue as early as possible on Thursday if you are there in time, think 1 hr before she's due out! She is so lovely that the queue is very slow-moving.

snow white for youngest daughter. Ask at City Hall if she will be around in the park, or at the princess meet & Greet. If so, again try and get in the queue early as it builds quickly!

Will also need dinner on Thursday and two meals on Friday - I don't think we will do any character meals this time.

Meals... Maybe an express lunch in Blue Lagoon after a ride on POTC so you can imagine you're somewhere exotic! Croque Monsieurs all round on Main Street? Maybe Pizza Planet buffet? Or the refurbished Colonel Hathis? I still love Walts, especially if you can watch the parade at the same time... :cloud9:

Wow some great advice. You are certainly making me think. Too many decisions and not enough time to mull it all over:rotfl:

Thanks for that, I think we will definately try to do it as soon as we can before we get too tired and grumpy;)

thanks for the tip. I don't think the kids will wait until after the parade so we will probably be looking at eating early although we are not too bothered if we miss OUAD parade this time.

Yes and I only booked a fortnight ago so I feel a bit like I need another few months to consider all the options:rotfl:

I like your thinking. I like to get the must do's done as early as possible so if something goes wrong there is still another chance:goodvibes

We have definately decided to go to the hotel first so we don't have to unpack the car etc after park closing. Should be there in time for 2pm check in, drop the bags and then hop on the train to the park. I would really like to be there in time to meet Rapunzel but she is out at 4 and 5 so I think that would be wishful thinking. If we are not in time for Rapunzel I might go into studios first and get RRC done??

I meant the ride - the older two hate the scary witch but for some reason Evie loves the ride:rotfl:
