Trip planning help for Dec

My family will be at DisneyWorld 12/13-12/27. My boys will be 17, 13, 6 and 3. I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do each day. This is what I have so far....
12/13 arrive and WCC for late lunch
12/23 Uni/IOA
12/24 Uni/IOA
12/25 Epcot-Garden Grill for dinner
12/26 Uni/IOA
12/27 DTD or Uni
We are going to Universal to please my 17 year old How would you plan this trip?

I'd buy the fastpass option for all the Uni/IoA rides. It makes the Disney Fastpass system look worthless! If you are staying on Universal properts, the fastpass deal is free though.
