My sister and I are both getting the Disney itch! We had a great trip in early December last year and since we've both had a rough year personally since then we're thinking a trip to plan would raise our spirits! :yay:
That being said, I love Disney in September but that month is out for us - plus we want to attend the F&W Festival (which I adore). We're thinking Oct 31 - Nov 4th. How is the weather then? How are the crowds (especially at the F&W Festival)?
Thanks so much!

Weather is nice. It's a bit more crowded around Halloween. Food and Wine is very crowded on the weekends and is best done during the week if possible. There will also be the Halloween party at MK on 10/31 and 11/1.

That is a very nice time to go, Fall decorations are beautiful. It is very crowded though. Temperatures are usually at about 78-84 during the daytime and low to mid 60s at night.

We have done the first week of November and enjoyed it. We did have unusually warm and humid weather the day we landed and the next but when a cool front moved through the second night it was very pleasant the remainder of the trip. The Food and Wine Festival did make it a little more crowded but we didn't find it too crazy, we still had a very good time. I would go over this time of year again.

Thank you! I dont expect the low crowds of September but it still sounds manageable.

We've been a few times in October and November.

In 2010, I think we went the 3rd week of October, and it was HUMID!!!

But, you never know until you go. I love going in October and November. We're actually going the 2nd week of November this trip. You'll be at Disney!!!
