Trip Planning, am I missing anything?

For all of our previous Disney trips my wife has done all the planning and booking. This is our first time going with out our kids and the fist time I'm doing all the planning. We're staying 5 nights, and doing the 4 parks and going to the MK after hours.

Booked the Swan through Costco travel including room and 4 day Hoppers.
FastPass+ are taken care of and I've purchased our After Hours Tickets as well as some Magic Bands for the fun of it, and they are all linked.

Evening meal reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe, Marrakesh Dinner, Rose & Crown and Yak & Yeti are all booked. We plan to have breakfast at the S/D and just quick serve for lunches.

Probably just going to Uber from MCO to Swan, then rental car to Clearwater Beach for a Conference.

Looking to do something fun for my wife as a surprise, but haven't nailed that down.

So what else should I be doing, besides counting down?

I usually make a loose plan of what we're doing when so we're not standing around saying "what do you want to do, where should we go next," etc.

Other than that, I think you're good to go.

I agree with this. I try to plan some rides out based on our FPs so we don't end up running all around the parks. So if a FP is in Fantasyland I try to have some idea of other rides we could ride while we are in that area.
