Hello Everyone! I am so pumped, first I was able to score 2 dining reservations this morning that I never thought I would get and I mad my last payment on our trip for September. We have not been to Disney World for 6 years and this trip will be just myself and my daughter 10.5 going on 16. LOL.
Couple of questions:

Do I need to bring beach towels for the pool at the resort or are they supplied? (Can not remember.)

After arrival at the airport how long does it typically take to get to the resort on the magical express?

Is there a way for me to add our flight info myself on the Disney website or do I need to call to add that in for the magical express service?

When booking fast passes is it best to do it right at Midnight when my window opens or do you need to wait for a certain time to book?

Lastly since it has been six years and dd was only 4 and way too tiny to do much then what are some new things we should not miss? We plan on going to MK, Epcot, and possibly HS this trip.

Thanks!

Pool towels are provide - I''m assuming you are going to a Disney hotel.

Magical Express (ME) will take more than an hour. They tend to wait until the bus is full, and make several stops, so by luck yours will be one of the first and not the last to be dropped off. That adds some time.

Best to call and add your flight info. They will send the luggage tags to your home a few weeks before your trip.

Fast passes, like for Anna and Elsa must try to be booked at midnight. Some of the lesser ones, you can wait. Keep checking and changing. Easy to do on the website.

I'd let your daughter go on the website and see the rides and shows and things to do at the parks. You should also check what is going on at your resort, so at her age, I'd spend some time enjoying the resort too.

Have a great time.

Value resorts don't have towels at the pools (if that's where you're staying). Otherwise, I don't like the towels provided because they're really short/small. I like my beach towel to cover the whole chair.

I'd let your DD look around the website and check out the parks to see what interests her. You can also go on YouTube and get ride POVs. I'd make time to see at least a few of the shows at DHS and AK. And make sure you stay late to see Wishes at MK.

If you are staying at a value, you still don't need to bring your own towels. Sometimes they have pool towels and sometimes you just have to use the room towels and request more. We stayed at AOA in 2013 and they had towels the first couple of days, but none later in the week. We were told to just use our bath towels and there were already more towels in our room when we were finished swimming.

I also agree with the YouTube idea for your DD. Lots of changes since she was there before, both at Disney and between a 4yo and a 10yo.

Have an amazing trip!!

Like others have said if you are staying in a value there are no towels at the pool. You can use your room towels and just call for more if you need them. I booked magical express on line and got all of my luggage tags and DME tags already for my trip in September. There is a great thread on the Theme parks board that gives you lots of info on FP+. Ana and Elsa meet and greet is one of the hardest FP to get if you want that one try for everyday that you are there. Have a great trip
