Trip Number Nine ~ It's Christmastime!

Yes, the last few trips we have done 'room only' and bought our park tix from Undercover Tourist (saves about $100) and paid OOP for dining. We are doing it again for this trip. The money isn't due until check in, unlike the package deals that have to be paid 45 days in advance. But you should be able to pay it online or by calling. I always pay mine off before going. Just don't want the hassle when I am there! In-fact I need to get this one paid for. I think I'll do it tomorrow!

Two weeks a month might be a little rough. But like you said -- it's probably something you are going to have to try to know what it is really like.

Is there an off-site parking lot/garage that he could maybe park in to save you the hassle of all the trips to the airport? We have one that we use and it's a lot cheaper than the airport!

That would be great for you and the kids to spend a lot of the summer down there with him. I hope it all works out for you guys!

Oh I forgot to say we told my mom about it tonight. She took it much better than I thought. She said she would help out with the kids whenever I need it! Phew!!

My dad came in after but DS was in the living room, so when he asked what was going on?? My mom said she'd tell him later.

Okay what did you buy?

I bought a bunch of stuff from ON.
Short sleeve T's, Long sleeve T's, stuff for Belle, sweatshirts and then went to Children's place and got some jeans for her.

Spent too much. Keeping da receipt!!!


Yikes that forecast! The 9th is the date of MVMCP for us. Hoping the sun comes out between now and then.

Every morning M has to hear my little freak out about the weather and what to pack and what to buy before I pack. And every morning he just nods and listens patiently and then calmly says-- It will change.

And then we go on about our business.

This morning I freaked out and his response was --- "It will change. Pack light, make sure you have everything you need for the wedding and then buy whatever you need that you didn't pack when we get there. It's Disney, it's not a black tie affair."

God love him.

I didn't buy anything!!! Other than lunch! I returned a scarf and then decided that I really wasn't into shopping today. Did too much over the weekend I guess.

Sounds like it's a good thing I stayed away from Old Navy!! I wanted to go in there but the boys were like -- aaaawwwww do we have to??? So I gave in and we skipped it.


Oh crap, I forgot the 9th is the party night for you guys. I sure hope the forecast looks better before then.

I was really hoping for at least one good day for the pool at each resort!!

I am in freak out mode about packing. Going to probably redo it all tomorrow! Just don't know what to pack. I'm thinking we are going to need more clothes and I just don't want to break down and take 2 carry-ons.
