Trip next week-But really upset... Help

My family and I are going to Disney World next week. We check in on the 11th. My husbands family is going as well. We decided when we booked last year to use a Travel Agent. I don't know that we chose the best one and now we can't find anything out through disney because she owns the vacation. Well my mother and sister in law have both received their packet in the mail, I have not. I booked way before them. I have contacted my TA and she says she requested another packet from Disney. That was the 28th or 29th of October. I still have no packet! I have tried contacing her and can't get a response! I was able to do the 10 day pre-check in, so I know the reservation is there. I just don't understand why I haven't gotten all of our stuff yet! Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

Keep contacting your TA. She should be keeping you in the loop.
