Trip Insurance

For those who purchase travel insurance who do you purchase it from? Also, what all does it cover? I want something that will cover the hotel, tickets, etc but also plane tickets. Thanks!

I have purchased WDW insurance (which is Travel Guard) when I buy a package with Disney. I buy Travelex insurance when I have a Room Only with WDW or go to another destination. The things you are looking to cover come with most plans. Another thing to consider is medical. We have great medical insurance. However, when on vacation we are out-of-network. If you have an unexpected emergency for yourself or any member of your family it can be quite costly if you don't have a travel insurance policy that covers that as well.

I bought mine from usaa (insurance company for military personnel and their families). Don't remember all the particulars but it was fairly comprehensive and at a lower rate than the other companies I checked online.

Thanks so much! I have a room only reservation so I can't buy insurance with Disney which I didn't realize before today.
