Any opinions on trip insurance?
It would be an extra $133 for our September trip. I didn't get the insurance for our last trip in April of '09, but I boked it at the last minute (and figured "what could happen?!")
It looks like it would provide coverage if there was an epic Hurricaine, which is a possibility in Sept...
Anyway- just looking for some input!

I suggest getting it. Believe me, it was a load off my mind before I left. All those "what if" things just go *poof*. It's peace of mind.

I just booked our trip for May 2010, and I bought the insurance. It is worth the peace of mind. The weather has been so crazy too that I do not want to take any chances.

We had a 10 day trip planned in January. With all the bad weather, we got held up in two airports and missed the first two days of our stay. Because of our trip insurance, we were reimbursed for our hotels and food expenses incurred at various airports along the way. I'd definately recommend it.
