Trip ins w/ access america

Am trying to figure out how much to budget for this, but was a little cofused on thier pricing. When asks for trip price per person, do you just devide the cruise cost by # in party even though kids are less ? Do you include your airfare price ? I am assuming that most people get thier comprehensive plan ?
