Trip in November

I just called and got the entertainment rate for HRH for November. The rate for the Portofino was not available. Anyways, we were planning on arriving on a Saturday and not doing the parks until Sunday. Can we still go to City Walk (I understand there is no charge to enter here?) on that Saturday? Or would you recommend, if we arrived by 12:00 that we get started on the parks the first day?

We got the Entertainment Rate for Thanksgiving Weekend, arriving Thanksgiving morning. We thought it would also be about 12:00 by the time we could get into the parks. We're planning on purchasing the 3 day pass. With FOTL access it should still give us enough time to enjoy the park. Citywalk in the evening should be fun. Now if someone could just suggest a nice on site place for Thanksgiving Dinner.
