Tricor Class Action Lawsuit Checks

I received a check for $35.99 in today's mail, from a class action lawsuit against the makers of Tricor. DH and I both read the letter that came with it, it looks legitimate. Did anyone else get one?

Nope. DH has been taking Tricor for 10 years. First I have heard of it.

My husband got one, for $10. Just in case, I shredded it.

Yes, there is, and there is a whole list of FAQ that was helpful too. Wow, $600? That's great!! Wish mine was for an amount like that.

That web address was also on the letter, so I went there to read up on it as well.

Going to cash the check Monday, wish it was for more than $35.99 though.

Had you filed a claim for this? I took Tricor, but never heard about the lawsuit and so never knew to file a claim.
