I need a recommendation for a restaurant that would be could for a party of thirteen-sixteen guests.

A whole bunch of my family is heading down to Disney for Christmas in 2008 and I've been (happily!) put in charge of planning.

Any help is much appreciated!

Chefs de France is able to push their tables together for larger groups. You may also want to try Jiko or Artist Point for a Signature experience.

Were you planning that many for one night or several?

I've done twelve people at LeCellier for dinner and eleven people at Cape May for dinner. LeCellier was three tables for four pushed together. Cape May was one table for six and one table for four next to each other with one side being a long bench. You could also try the Beirgarten but you would have two tables of eight next to each other and they would not be able to push those together. Yacht Club Galley is out of a park (in case not everyone is going to a park that day) and can accomodate large parties and is usually an easier reservation to get.

we traveled with 12 this year and sat together at Grand Floridian Cafe, Kona, Narcoossee and Wispering Canyon Cafe. We had seperate tables at Coral Reef and Le Cellier. Narcoosse was awesome and the service and food was fantastic.

We were a party of 14 for our last trip and we had meals together at....
Ohana
Mama Melrose
Liberty Tree
the "new" Tusker House
Biergarten
Turf Club
Raglan Road

In the past when we have had 12 people we had meals together at
The Coral Reef
Le Cellier
California Grill
Olivia's
The Brown Derby

Some nights we'll be dining together, and some nights will be planned for separate families. I'm sure we all will be dining together on Christmas Day so the Liberty Tree ADR sounds like a good idea. I think my nephew and cousin would love Coral Reef also.

Thanks for all the suggestions. You guys have been a great help. :)

When you call to make your ADR's ask for the group dining #. They handle ADR's for groups larger then 8.

I've been part of a party of 25+ at Chef Mickey's and about 18 people at Cape May. At Chef Mickey's we had this little area way over to the right in the corner -- it was almost like having a private dining area. At Cape May they just pushed lots of smaller tables together.

I didn't even know they had a group dining number!! I love these boards. I learn so much new stuff every day. :)

We have had large groups of 15 or more at Ohana and Whispering Canyon.

About 7 years ago I planned a week at WDW with 15 people, I was the one to get all the meals set up...we did CS at the resort for breakfast, we were all on our own for lunch (lots of teenage boys that wanted to do their own thing) and we all met up for dinner. Buffets worked the best for us because they can accommodate a large party very easily, there is enough food there for everyones taste and we are on our own time schedule.
