Trick or Treating?

There is a flyer for a trip here on the military base advertising Trick or Treating at DLP on Oct 18th.
We've been there on Halloween, and never had Trick or Treating. Did we miss it, or is the base wrong?

I can't get the DLP Halloween site to work, so I can't check this info out. I figured someone here would know.

Never heard of trick or treating at DLRP either and there's nothing on the official website about it. The 18th isn't even one of the Halloween Mickey parties either.

Perhaps the person who's organising the trip just decided to name it that?
