Trick or Treating at Boardwalk?

We are staying at Beach Club but our plan for Halloween was to have dinner at Boardwalk (we have reservations at the Italian place) and let the kids go trick-or-treating around Boardwalk. Does anyone have any idea on times for events at Boardwalk, I'm a little nervous with our dinner time we'll miss out. Thanks!!

Fall Festival on Village Green Join us Wednesday, October 31for our Fall Festival on Village Green! The party kicks off at 5:00pm with our Golf Cart Parade, followed by the Fall Festival from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.

I do not know why they call it Fall Festival but it is Halloween ....
